What happens after I’ve made a booking?
If you are interested in booking one of our magical parties please contact us by phone or by completing the booking form on this page. We are available to talk to 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
If you send an enquiry or leave an answerphone message we will respond within 48hrs with confirmation that the requested party time and date is available.
Once we have confirmed your requested party time and date is available, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price to secure the booking. We’ll send you a PayPal invoice for this which must be paid within 7 days to guarantee your party.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be sent a booking confirmation from us and a further receipt via pay pal. You will also be contacted a week before the party to confirm the final details.
The remaining balance will be due in cash on the day of the party (failure to pay the princesses upfront will lead to the party being cancelled)
